This component is implemented by the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia and aims to further support the regional economic integration process. This will be achieved by improving electronic submissions and processing of documents for import, export and transit, supporting the establishment of electronic data interchange systems, upgrading resources management and supporting improvement of operational practices, training, and skills of Customs, Veterinary and Phyto-sanitary staff, contributing to smoother customs regulations.
