  • Thematic Component: 3. Facilitation of Trade
  • Country: Turkmenistan

On April 19th, the EU-funded Border Management Programme in Central Asia (BOMCA 10) officially handed over server equipment with installation services and accessories to the State Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, accounting for a total value of 8,702.50 EUR.

The beneficiary agency received a server, installation service and accessories for the effective implementation of the “Single Window for Export-Import Operations” system. It is worth noting that the operation of the system started from January 2024 and the State Veterinary Service is technically already ready and operating within the system.

These assets were purchased in the framework of BOMCA 10 Component 3, “Facilitation of Trade”, and the technical assistance is specifically aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of beneficiary administrations through enabling effective e-administration/digitalisation of processes.
